Full Day Intensive
Perhaps you want more exhaustive training with hands on facilitation, a full day intensive (FDI) can take a workshop topic and expand it to a full day, retreat style workshop. We will work with your team to identify your goals. From there, we will plan and organize an on- or offsite FDI for up to 20 members of your organization

Ongoing Group Training
Think of our 1-on-1 coaching, but in a group format. We will work with your team to develop a training module focused on meeting your team’s needs. This might look like a 6-week training for your leadership team or a 4-week workplace based mindfulness group for your staff.
